The Emerging Leaders Program is an exclusive initiative that aims to provide passionate and high-performing Team Leaders with opportunities to advance and expand their careers within Anaconda.
The program is spread over 6 months and is specifically crafted to take participants out of their comfort zones and into their learning zones by providing them with challenges and support from facilitators, coaches, Store and Regional Managers. The participants will be equipped with all the necessary tools and resources to succeed in the program.
Apart from professional development, this program also aims to provide participants with self and team leadership skills that are transferable in all aspects of life.

Inspiring Leaders is a comprehensive leadership development program designed for our store team member talent to challenge their thinking and equip them with skills and resources to be a future Team Leader within the business.
Team Leader positions are not guaranteed upon completion of the program; however, our aim is to develop the Inspiring Leaders participants, so they have the skills and experience to get closer to achieving that goal with large numbers of previous participants moving on to receive Team Leader promotions.
The Inspiring Leaders Program runs for 3 months and includes a range of learning activities including on-the-job learning in store and 3 face to face classroom learning blocks in Melbourne
The Adventure Centre is Anaconda's home for blogs and articles about our best camping spots as well as tips & tricks to help look after your camping gear advance and expand their careers within Anaconda.
In addition, we engage with suppliers and host regular training nights, both in person and via webinars with education and product giveaways.
